Monica Rundell is a multi-certified holistic practitioner and intuitive guide whose work centers on transformation, empowerment, and healing. After a successful career in the corporate world in the health insurance industry, Monica followed a clear calling to help people unlock their potential through holistic wellness and energy healing. She now leads Metamorphic Rise LLC, a practice devoted to Hypnosis, NLP, Life & Success Coaching, Intuitive Sound Healing, Reiki, and Psychic Mediumship—all delivered in a warm, client-centered way.
Monica’s journey into healing began early, shaped by a deep connection to nature and a natural intuitive sensitivity to the elements, animals, and emotional energies around her and found her psychic strengths as a claircognizant, clairsentient, clairvoyant and clairaudient. Over the past several years, she has been increasing her knowledge and education in the areas of holistic wellness.
Her credentials include certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, TIME Techniques, EFT, Usui Reiki III Master Teacher, Life and Success Coaching, and intuitive vibrational sound healing.
