4. Booking and Payments

  • All sessions, packages, and classes must be booked in advance through our approved booking system or by direct communication with The Agape House.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that life happens and plans may change.

  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session.

  • Refunds are provided at the discretion of The Agape House and may be issued as session credits.

  • Group events, workshops, and classes may have separate cancellation policies, which will be stated at the time of registration.

6. Distance and Virtual Sessions

Reiki and intuitive reading sessions may be conducted remotely. By booking a virtual session, you consent to receive services through online or distance-based methods. The same disclaimers and terms apply as in-person sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, course materials, and videos — is the property of The Agape House and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
