Laura Barna bio: I’m a facilitator, transformational coach, and alchemist. I believe in the healing power of embodiment and integration. With this philosophy, I lead women’s and co-ed circles, cacao ceremonies, and inner-work healing techniques. As an intuitive, Akashic reader, and Reiki master, I incorporate these skills into sessions and ceremonies to provide personalized guidance and experiences.

My expertise lies in shadow work. This involves identifying and understanding the parts of yourself that appear frightening or unlovable—those aspects you prefer to hide. We explore what these shadows represent, their origins, and their needs. Together, we shed light on them, working to embrace and love these complex sides. By offering these parts love and light, we lead with the heart and foster a sense of wholeness.

In each session and ceremony, I draw on my empathetic abilities to create a sacred space. Here, I encourage everyone to connect with their heart, to discover, honor, and transform their shadow. Through the alchemy of grace, compassion, and attentive listening, individuals remember their true selves and their purpose.

I am passionate about reading and learning about the body, trauma, esoterica, witchcraft, herbalism, breathwork, inner work, coaching, and cooking, among other topics. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and am thankful for all who have taught me. I am a mother to three creative and vibrant children and a very loyal and loving cat. We live near the river, where I heal, dance, and cook my way through life’s challenges and joys.
