Whether you're new to Reiki or a seasoned practitioner, this 45-minute experience offers the perfect blend of learning and healing. We'll begin with a brief introduction to the fundamentals of Reiki—what it is, how it works, and its many benefits—followed by a guided Reiki Train with a corresponding Lion's Gate guided meditation, where participants will both give and receive Reiki in a supportive group setting. Come deepen your understanding, strengthen your practice, and experience the power of shared healing energy.
