About the event
Deep Rest: A Reiki & Sound Bath Experience
October Theme: Into the Quiet
Settle • Receive • Rest
As the days grow shorter and autumn invites us inward, Deep Rest offers a space to slow down, soften the noise, and simply receive.
October’s theme, Into the Quiet, is an invitation to step away from the busyness of the outside world and reconnect with the stillness within. You don’t need to accomplish anything, figure anything out, or arrive feeling a certain way. Come exactly as you are and allow yourself to rest.
